Step-by-Step Instructions:
Part 1: Baseplate & Sidewalk (32x32)

Baseplate: Start by placing a 32x32 baseplate as the foundation.

Sidewalk: Add light grey tiles (1x4) along the edges to form the sidewalk and 2x2 dark grey tiles in the corners for drain covers.

Bush/Plant: Use a 2x4 green plate to represent a small plant near the front-left corner.

Bench: Create a simple bench using 1x4 brown tiles for the seat and 1x1 black bricks for the legs.

Lamp Post: Build a lamp post by combining a black pole with a transparent stud for the light.
Part 2: Lobby Floor (Floor 1)

Build Walls: Using 1x2 and 1x4 white bricks, create a frame leaving 2 studs on each side.

Door & Windows: Add a 3-stud wide transparent door and use 1x4 transparent bricks for tall windows on each side of the lobby.
