Step-by-Step Instructions:

Part 1: Baseplate & Sidewalk (32x32)

  1. Baseplate: Start by placing a 32x32 baseplate as the foundation.

  2. Sidewalk: Add light grey tiles (1x4) along the edges to form the sidewalk and 2x2 dark grey tiles in the corners for drain covers.

  3. Bush/Plant: Use a 2x4 green plate to represent a small plant near the front-left corner.

  4. Bench: Create a simple bench using 1x4 brown tiles for the seat and 1x1 black bricks for the legs.

  5. Lamp Post: Build a lamp post by combining a black pole with a transparent stud for the light.

Part 2: Lobby Floor (Floor 1)

  1. Build Walls: Using 1x2 and 1x4 white bricks, create a frame leaving 2 studs on each side.

  2. Door & Windows: Add a 3-stud wide transparent door and use 1x4 transparent bricks for tall windows on each side of the lobby.

  3. Interior:

    • Build a reception desk with a 1x6 plate and a computer tile.

    • Add a small couch using 1x4 tiles and 1x2 slopes for the backrest.

    • Place a small plant using a 1x1 round plate and green stem pieces.

  4. Elevator: Include an elevator shaft in the back corner, utilizing a 4x4 Technic brick and door.

Part 3: Standard Hotel Floor (Floors 2–9)

  1. Wall Construction: Use 1x2 white bricks to build the walls, extending up to 7 bricks tall.

  2. Windows: Insert 1x4 transparent panels across the front and side walls.

  3. Rooms:

    • Two rooms per floor: Each room contains a bed (using 2x4 plates and 1x2 tiles as pillows), a small table (1x1 round tile), and a bathroom (toilet using 1x1 modified bricks).

  4. Tile the floor: Use 2x2 white tiles to create a clean, sleek floor design.

Part 4: Penthouse Floor (Floor 10)

  1. Penthouse Base: Use a 32x32 plate for the penthouse suite.

  2. Build Walls: Build walls with white and light grey bricks to frame the penthouse.

  3. Interior:

    • Bedroom: Construct a luxury bed, along with a TV wall and seating.

    • Kitchen/Dining: Add an open dining area with table and chairs.

    • Balcony: Include a small balcony area using railings and 2x4 plates, with plants and chairs.

Part 5: Rooftop

  1. Rooftop Walls: Build walls 1 brick high around the perimeter of the roof.

  2. Helipad: Place a large black tile for the helipad with a white "H" symbol.

  3. Additional Features: Add a satellite dish, AC units, and antennas with small transparent red round tiles for warning lights.
